Maroon FM at the Freshie Fifteen Food Fair

The organization kicked 2017 off with a bang by making their presence felt in the opening of the new semester.
Maroon FM partnered with the University Freshie Council by doing a live broadcast at the Freshie Fifteen Food Fair which ran from January 17 to 20––the very first week of the 2nd semester of AY 2016-2017.
The Maroon Jocks brought their A-game: taking song requests, bantering with the bystanders and providing the AS parking lot with upbeat atmosphere and great music while dutifully boarding from 10-5 pm everyday. MFM's Junior Station Manager, Jean Liwag, and the Assistant Team Head for SoundCrew, Sathya Lopera, were present throughout the fair selling their delicious homemade desserts, from peanut butter kisses to "slutty cookies."
Boardwork and cookie-selling aside, the whole org showed their support by hanging around the fair, entertaining people at the booth, and encouraging the hungry Iskos and Iskas to attend open auditions.
